We have four phones with these terrible cases. They crack within the first couple of weeks. I've paid the shipping which I now see is the entire money maker for these folks. One phone now has a cracked screen and I've had to replace the entire device. After contacting customer service and speaking to a supervisor named "Evan" who wouldn't give me his last name to properly direct my email and provide photos I'm done with this scam. I'm thinking they've signed a deal with companies to push their product during purchase. From the exact explanation of their supervisor they stand behind their products that's why they're willing to replace the product for free. In my opinion shipping is where they make their money(I've easily paid over $100 in shipping for replacements). Replacing a product that should last is good customer service, an honest company would have no problem doing that with free shipping. Don't waste your money.

bought two of the screen protectors for the apple watch series 5 from att and had the store employee put them on for me they lasted a couple of days and one of them completely popped off and we lost it dont know where it popped off at and the second one on the other watch popped off just now these are not good at all would not recommend getting these for the watchs what so ever

I’ve had my iPhone 11 Max Pro and BodyGuardz glass protector for three weeks. I barely bumped my phone against the door as I wasn’t opening the door and my glass protector cracked. I just ordered my replacement and is being charged $8.49 for shipping. I think the shipping charge is extremely high considering how light in weight the protector is and considering how expensive the protector is. I think that it ridiculous that I haven’t even made my first payment on my phone however I am already ordering a protector replacement. I think that the quality needs to be better and/or the shipping cost lower.

They suck you pay 50 bucks for a protector and then you pay 10 bucks for shipping on a replacement the price of a Normal one and mine didn’t even last a month I should have bought a normal one considering I wasted 50 bucks and basically have to pay the price or a new one bodyguards suck

Bought 3 screen protectors in September. To date, I've had to replace 4 times!!! It wouldn't be so bad if there wasn't a $9 shipping handling charge. My last brand of screen protectors lasted nearly 3 years without an issue. Also, $9 to ship something so light.?? Unbelievable.

I have been back and forth with bodyguardz. When I registered my screen protector I was not told there was a shipping fee. When you need a replacement. The last email I received said they would "wave" the shipping fee this one time. So I went back on their website and processed to go through with getting a new screen protector. When checking out they still asked for my credit card information. I will never buy anything from this company ever again. (I had to tape my screen protector to my phone to keep it on) or the warranty is void. Like I told them I'm done. #SAVEYOURMONEY Ok I'm adding more to my review. #1 I am not one of those people who would lie and say I don't have one of your products. #2 I still have the original box the screen protector came in and the receipt. #3 I called and talked to real person when I registered my screen protector. # 4 I would have the day I got the new protector for my phone, sent the old one back without blinking an eye. #5 Bless your heart.

I bought my screen protector less than two months ago and my screen cracked. I think it's ridiculous that the product did not operate as advertised and that BodyGuardz does not provide any compensation for a replacement screen. I have never had this issue with another screen protector.

I bought this product for my apple watch and had it installed at the store. It consistently bubbled and i just lived with it. After 6 months, it fell off and I ordered a replacement. I received my replacement on Friday and immediately installed it and left my watch overnight in the hopes it would "seal". I woke up to bubbles under the glass. After 4 days, and fighting bubbles I looked down to the clearest face only to realize the protector popped off somewhere. Not even a week. Keep your replacements. Im in the market for something that works.
