An absolute disgrace of a company. Made an order through Paypal, which they refused and I had to wait 5 days for a refund. Upon contacting customer service i was told 'you can pay through paypal'. I explained what previously happened and from then on he became no help at all telling me that he cant help me then. I asked for his name and asked to speak with the manager..... he refused to give it. Disclosing his identity? is he customer service or a super hero? anyway, he then said 'here's my manager' *chat closed*. Incredibly poor service and i'm disgusted to ever look on such a website again.

I don't know about shipping to other countries, but I don't think a US company should be penalized for difficulties exporting to other countries. The products come fast at a good price. Plus they give you free stuff what's not to like?

Honestly, I cannot understand the fuss some people make: I have placed some 10+ orders with bodybuilding.com within the last two to three years and only once had a problem, when DHL lost a my parcel. But after I got confirmation from DHL, I got a refund. Sure, be aware that the localised shops are just that: localised with your currency and they try to filter out the products which cannot be shipped to your country - but they ship from the US, so like every shipment from abroad, you WILL have to pay import taxes. (From my experiences to Switzerland, shipment plus taxes will be around 25% of the goods value) Never the less, I would recommend bodybuilding.com: they are a truly outstanding company. Good prices, super speedy shipment (I got my last shipment confirmation on a Sunday!) and from my experience, competent customer service. I truly cannot relate to the negative reviews - but maybe UK customs are even more picky than Swiss customs?

I've been using Bodybuilding.com from Japan for years. They have been fantastic at growing and improving over the years, so I was shocked to read such terrible reviews. Their biggest improvement has been shipping rates. Now they have much cheaper shipping options if you're willing to wait for your goods. I use their cheapest shipping service and it usually takes 30-40 days for my supplements to arrive in Japan. I don't mind at all though. The cheapest service is significantly cheaper compared to what they offered only a couple years ago. I also never need to pay customs or duties on my packages. I think it would do Bodybuilding.com some good to better explain their shipping details. I do love the Bodybuilding.com branded supplements! Awesome supplements I love at a great price. I highly recommend this company and people should remember that the cheaper the shipping, the longer the shipping time.

Literally the best customer service I have ever encountered. I am dumb and screw up almost every order and they apologize TO ME and always are more than willing to offer refunds, discount codes, free items as a thank you for business. THey just gave me $40 store credit today because I've had issues in the past and I was dumb and tripe ordered my protein powder by accident (which they fixed) Literally you people are idiots if you are complaining about this site.

No complaints because I got myo rder on time. Looks like everyone whose reviewing this company is mad about because of the overseas shipping delay. I'm also in the US so they're incredibly fast for me.

Misleading company. - They ship from the US without advertising this - They advise 2-6 days shipping but product been held at UK customs for weeks and I still don't have it To complain or get a refund you have to wait weeks to get the product and pay to ship it back to the US and wait even longer. Do not use them.
