Overpaying for a subscription is a rip off.
My mom used to have P90x and T25, but now can’t find them so we both went online to try to find them to buy the set again... but the only option is a digital subscription. When I called to find out why/where to look, the first agent was clearly doing something else because when I said things and asked questions he just wouldn’t respond at all, and when he first answered he was clearly eating something. Hung up and called again. The second person was nicer, but said the only option now is the subscription because they’ve moved everything over to digital. I asked why they would do this because not everybody uses all the tech nowadays. She said “the only reason she could think to say is that it’s a new generation.” I told her we bought the full sets for $100+ and had it for life, but y’all are now making people spend $100 per year instead? That’s a rip off and it’s BS to force people to overpay because “it’s a new generation.” Beach body is BEYOND inconsiderate for making that decision and needs to re-evaluate their employees. Not getting anything from here.
