This program is a complete waste of money. The workouts are great and they work but the overpriced products are definitely not worth $250 a month. Their customer service is the worst I’ve ever seen. My coach was incredibly pushy as they make money off you and that’s all they want. Trying to cancel your membership is nearly impossible as you need to cancel all the different bundles separately which they choose not to tell you and you still get billed for months later. They auto shipped me my stack bundle after cancelling and refuse to refund me the full amount of the bundle which by the way is about $300.. they chose to refund me $65 of that back after fighting with them for hours on the phone everything all was unopened and unused. I can go on and on. I can’t say enough bad things about this program or company, don’t waste your money I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.

I was very disappointed in my Beachbody purchase. The shakeology is too sweet. I am not a sweets person and it felt like I was drinking a brownie. I decided to return it and when I reached out to customer care I was told it would be $9.50 to return my purchase, so satisfaction guaranteed is not a thing.

I called and cancelled my membership and everything that went with it 38 months ago mainly because I wasn't using the products and didn't want to waste any more of my money. I spoke to a lady who helped me cancel my memberships. Low and behold, Beachbody has been charging my account ever since Jan 2018, because I didn't fill out a specific form. I was never told by anyone that I had to fill out an extra form. I spoke to a gentleman, yesterday, who helped me with the current situation and he told me that I would be getting a refund because of the situation. I then get an email from the company stating that I would get a partial "credit." Let me be very clear, I don't want anything to do with Beachbody, and haven't since January of 2018! I DONT WANT A CREDIT! I want my money back.

I purchased a dvd version of beachbody. Never opened it and decided because of health issues to sell it on eBay. With covid-19, getting some of the money back would have been nice but beachbody flagged my listing as fraudulent. How an unopened box from their company is fake is beyond me. I tried to contact their support with no response. Couple months later, I tried listing again and they again flagged it as fake. Again, I tried to contact. Nothing. Don't buy anything from these people. No customer service worth anything.

BE AWARE BEFORE YOU PURCHASE ANY PRODUCTS FROM BEACHBODY! While their programs are decent for beginners looking to start working out, their nutrition products are very overpriced. Their marketing may make you think that their products, ie; Shakeolgoy, etc are proprietary, however they are not. You can find all of the same products, with potentially better quality at your local Nutrition store for a fraction of the cost. For example their Shakeolgoy meal replacements sell for around $150 CAD per box and the exact same products with very reputable brands can be purchased for less than $60/box at stores. My advice would be to purchase their programs and equipment from then but purchase the nutritional products elsewhere. Even comparable equipment can be purchased on Amazon for a fraction of the cost. Please remember, the nutrition industry is very lucrative and is famous for scamming people out for their hard earned money. Ignore the marketing garbage and get to the basics. The most important thing for reaching your goals is understanding how to get there rather than just being blind and following the promises of companies just looking for money.

I had signed up for the trial of Beachbody and once done I cancelled. A few days later my account was debited twice for 2 different amounts without authorization. I called and thought I had it corrected but a few months later I get debited again and once again not authorized. I called and they said we are sorry but it will take 3 business days to reverse transaction. It causes me a bank fee and I cannot get it fixed!!!! This is unacceptable and they need people to answer the phone who understands English! I’m not happy and my account is still negative!!

This program was of almost immediate interest to me. A fb friend of mine was a “coach” and she seemed so involved, which I loved and desired! I wanted a coach to give me motivation and a push! Someone to look up too. Originally, I was going to do a challenge pack, to really push myself! After thinking it through, I decided to do an annual OnDemand subscription. This was an affordable way to test the waters. After I made my purchase of an annual membership, my oh-so-active coach, seemed to forget my existence. I expected a “thanks for joining” or “I’m so happy you’re starting your journey”, something. The only time she said a thing to me was after I reached out. This woman whom, with her inspirational posts, just dropped me like a hot cake the second I spend my $. I didn’t expect her to hold my hand, but to not even check in once, that’s NOT A COACH! That’s a sales rep, period. After this, I decided to reach out and get a new coach. This person has yet to say anything to me, this was months ago. My subscription didn’t expire until May but I feel a little used and canceled early. The saddest part is, she could’ve had more sales from me, and possibly others who follow me, had she acted like she gave a woot. I know it’s no ones job to push me, but that’s what they advertised. I feel cheated. Some of the content is great! However, you can find equal or better content free on YouTube.
