Love the workout videos but they scam…
Love the workout videos but they scam you into nutrition subscriptions and make it impossible to cancel. I bought the year subscription for the workout videos and there was a complimentary shake box they sent to you. I went to find this "subscription" on my account to cancel and it only would show the workouts subscription I had signed up for. Now, a month later, there is an almost 100$ "nutrition subscription" charge to my credit card. The only way I can find this suposed subscription to cancel it was through the receipt link. They are claiming that once charged it can't be undone. So now I have a second box of crap powder coming. I've only used one packet out of the first box since it tasted bad with bad texture. I do not recommend this even for the workout videos. Once this is up, I'm going to find a different workout program that won't scam me.

Terrible company they keep rebilling…
Terrible company they keep rebilling after you cancel. I bought a 1 Time class. Somehow they turned that into a subscription and refused to cancel after I wrote in. To cancel. Everyone make sure you do a charge back on your credit card and fight them. They will try to fight back. Be relentless with your credit card until they remove them. Also when you go to reset a password they send you a link and you click on it and it says page can't be found.The link never works to get in.

Would give them a 0 if I could
Would give them a 0 if I could. Terrible customer service & business practices. I thought I had already canceled my membership, today I got a renewal charge in my CC. I contacted them immediately asked they cancel/refund me & they refused. Said they sent out a reminder email but I never received one. They could easy refund me as I emailed them immediately & have not used their service but they refused.

Selecting one star only because I can't…
Selecting one star only because I can't select zero stars... I tried to cancel this subscription every year for 5 years. Every year, they'd refuse to give me a refund because I was "past the refund window" so I'd lose the money and then I'd cancel... 12 months later, they'd charge me another $179.... And the cycle begins again. They have been charging me $179 for 5-6 years. Every year I cancel. Every year they charge me again. I've never used the service at all. Not once. This company is clearly not looking to provide a quality service and help customers. It is designed for one thing only: Get people into a subscription and then never let them out so they can continue to scam money year after year.

Customer service is very poor
Customer service is very poor. Their website showed no subscriptions/orders when I logged in, no emails received yet took £179. Customer service was only interested in giving me a form to complete and ended chat. Completed the form and received response refusing refund and advising I should have cleared cache and maybe order would have shown. Wouldn’t touch them now, very greedy, difficult to communicate with and take no responsibility.

Customer service refused to answer any…
Customer service refused to answer any of my questions, obfuscating me at every turn. I was sure I had canceled this service YEARS ago. Despite their repeated claims, I have never received a single email to confirm any of the following quarterly transactions. Now, they are refusing to provide a statement of previous transactions and are refusing to tell me what business name they use for CC transactions. My fault for not flagging this earlier on my bank statement. Very sketchy business model. AVOID.

Poor customer support
I actually love the platform, but I can’t get over the poor customer service. The account management isn’t done through the app, but the site. I apparently started a free trial, had issues logging in, then started a different free trial, first was p90x, second was BODi. The thing is, p90x is included in BODi, so I ended up with two subscriptions, one a subset of the other with no benefit. The first set of charges, I went on to try to fix, their website was having issues, I improperly assumed of course they would fix this. Second set of charges, I reached out right away. They are refusing to refund anything. I went from being excited about using p90x, to now never using it again. So for $40, they lost a long term customer.
