I signed up for a one month $35 membership and they stole $188 from me and won't give it back. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau and I wish that I had been warned it was a complete scam before signing up. They will financially destroy you. Stear clear. EDIT: i have an email receipt from Bodi that says one month membership and when i called their customer service they told me no such thing existed so they owe me no refund. They are a complete and total scam and i have no idea how they are still in buisness. I have contacted them through numerous methods- the response to this comment is just another nonsense message from con artists. Not real company.

Consumer beware… this company is not person-centered and uses every intimidating legal/policy move they have to avoid having any flexibility in adjusting membership or refunding an auto-renew subscription. I feel so taken advantage of and even with my medical condition now preventing me from accessing the program, they (without collecting any additional information or medical docs from me) deemed my case to not be significant enough for an “exception”. Read the Better Business Bureau claims, please, before you buy into this program. It has certainly been a hard lesson learned for me.

I was conned into getting whatever BS promotion they were selling…65% off or something. I was never told they were actually signing me up for a monthly subscription of their NASTY shakes. I just wanted to purchase the bike and the yearly program for the bikes. THAT’S IT! I saw a charge for $150 on my credit card and immediately called them to cancel it. They said the stuff had already shipped so I had to wait for it to arrive. I was given a day of Monday. It’s now Wednesday with no package. I tried to call customer service and they refused to let me speak to a supervisor or a manager. I just want my money back. I never agreed to a monthly subscription. Their customer service is TERRIBLE. Do not use them. Just spend the extra money on a Pelaton. I wish I did. Also: Beachbody “responded” and basically did nothing. So I guess thanks for the response? The customer service here is absolutely terrible. Avoid them.

Please be aware of the way this business treats their customers. If you have an issue with your account they will make a decision without working with you. Beachbody will not refund your money even if you contact the same day that the membership renewed or even offer any options to use the funds for a different membership. They would rather lose you as a customer than work with you to resolve the differences. There are many other options out there I encourage everyone to consider before wasting your money with a company who does not care about their customers. This company just wants your money and it's all about money and nothing else. Update: There is a reason why there are so many negative reviews - this aligns with the way this company treats their customers. They just don’t care about them !!! It’s all about the money !!!

If you’re thinking about a Free trail beware! Bodi Beachbody will not allow you to cancel via app. When you submit the dispute form they will deny you for charging months of membership even though you clearly cancelled and deleted the app. I will continue to fight to get my money back.

This company is a ripoff. They never told me that they were going to auto renew my subscription. They claim they sent me notice 45 days before renewal, but I never received any emails from them.

I started Beachbody in 2019 and attempted to cancel the memberships and subscriptions in 2022. it was a whole thing and prices just to cancel. instead, they not only decided to charge me the following year, but also significantly increased the price and had signed me up for a membership I had never even heard of or was ever notified about. I was charged on a card I wasn't even actively using anymore so that I could pay down a larger charge from a surgery on the card. I didn't notice they had continued to charge me until this year and they had DOUBLED the price having signed me up for more stuff I've never even heard of or had any notice of. shame on you!! white collar crime is rampant and these companies get away with whatever they can because there are ZERO serious consequences to them while they screw everybody else over. they get away with as much as they can for as long as they can until somebody takes notice. and if that never happens, then they just keep taking.

This company is impossible to get ahold of. I had a membership for $99/year. I tried to cancel it after the first year and couldn't reach them or get a call back. They charged me $179 for the next year. I have submitted requests for callback from them multiple times with ZERO response. I would not give this company your credit card information. Not safe! And the contact link they give you doesn't even work! Try it for yourself!
