I love this website full of loads of workout series. Something for everyone. Could never get bored. Great for all levels. Now I can work out whatever the weather and have tried things I would never have the confident to try via attending physical classes. Doesn't matter if you look silly in your living room doing street dancing haha! I'm actually being consistent at exercising with this. You can pause it to attend to your kids then carry on! As a new mum its working out perfect for me.

I found BB at a time when I was really struggling with life stuff weighing me down and i am so incredibly grateful I did! Not only have I improved my nutrition and fitness, but also my mental health!! The group I am in are all so lovely and supportive. Definitely recommend.

Started beachbody in April, needed to find an exercise I can do from home anytime during the day. So many workouts to choose from even on a rest day you have a yoga or pilates workout. Lots of friendly people and all there to help and guide you. A great community!!

Joining the Beachbody Team is the best thing I’ve done this year for me! Membership includes having access to over 1,000 workouts, regardless of what you’re into, There is something for everyone, whether it’s HIIT, dance, weights, cardio, or a combination, you will find something you love. You will also have a dedicated coach who can help and advise you on your journey. And if this isn’t enough, you will also have access to nutritional advice, meal plans and healthy recipes. All this for less than the average monthly gym membership and you can fit your workouts around your own schedule. Overall brilliant value for money and so happy to be a member!

I started Beachbody because my partner proposed. But the experience has reminded me that I'm doing this for me. I'm doing it because i want to feel better about myself and i want to be comfortable with my body. With Beachbody i have a coach who i can message anytime and gives herself 110% to supporting me through my journey. I have work outs and nutritional help at my disposal. I've not been this happy about myself for a very long time and Beach body has reminded me I'M WORTH IT.

The most comprehensive health & fitness resource available. I've been an avid Beachbody customer since 2012 from Insanity and P90X series right up to revent programs like 10 Rounds and 6 Weeks of The Work, love the routines and their fitness resources are top tier. Not just cookie cutter meal plans, but flexible nutrition choices to complement your lifestyle, healthy swaps and even the odd treat worked in. That's sustainability in health and fitness.

Currently using these programs in my postpartum journey and have so far lost 31lbs. They have changed my life and my body and have given me so much more confidence

It’s amazing! Great value and has changed my life! So many different workout programmes to choose from and new ones added all the time. Definitely 5 stars!
