It’s a scam never used them and they are billing me for nothing..

I’ve used beachbody ever since they made DVDS and Shaun T released insanity. I love their programs and this review is not disputing how great that part is. However, as a UK customer their user experience is terrible. I’ve spent an hour this evening trying to cancel my auto renew. Going round and round the houses, live chat doesn’t work, Facebook chat isn’t working, text doesn’t work cause it’s US, self service way to do it doesn’t work as the website I can see that apparently I should be seeing are two different things. Finally called just to hear someone from Canada saying that can’t help. Going to attempt to ring tomorrow but it’s just bizarre and nothing short of making it difficult for you to cancel your membership which is a shame as it used to be much easier.... It sounds like it’s easy for US customers to cancel after seeking help on a Facebook group, so they need to sort out their experience for UK customers.

I finished MBA before I even received my BOD ropes. Which as it turns out were not necessary and cheap. I think that it is wrong to tell a customer you will have a 7 day delay if it’s really over 3 weeks. Also, I did not get any sort of compensation for the LONG 1.5 month delays for my shakeology. But beach body was happy to CHARGE me again for my next subscription and the first one hadn’t even arrived. I also just saw Carl Daimler on IG “explaining” why we had a delay. “Because of Beachbody’s high standards.” What an embarrassment that he made this announcement just as BEACHBODY is restocking. That was RIDICUOUSLY late. It would have saved people’s anger about it if he communicated that sooner.

i placed an order almost 1.5 months ago and it has not been shipped due to one item being out of stock. I have maybe 6 items in this order. I am very frustrated they did not ship out what they have and ship the other product when their wearhouse gets stock. I am almost thinking about using non beach body products next time I need to order.

Beachbody consistently puts out great exercise videos. I have been disappointed that their premier protein drink has focused on different flavors rather than keep the highest quality ingredients, i.e, changed to cane sugar. This company should keep the highest quality products even if the costs need to go up a little.

Shipping too long.. too expensive. Also the back order is frustrating

In general, I love the resources that are available through Beachbody On Demand. The content and the quality of the videos and resources are great, but I feel like I am constantly being marketed to in order to purchase more. As an annual subscriber, it’s frustrating to see new programs appear in my library and not be able to access them without having to pay for early access. I would prefer to either not see the programs in my library until they are available to me, or have the option to pay a higher annual rate to have unlimited access to all of their new programs and monthly groups instead of being asked to pay separately for each. It’s difficult to know which programs I will prefer and it would be much easier to be able to review all of the content to help make that decision.

I wish the ondemand was like Netflix so whatever device you are on it picks up from where you left off. I hope you do a peloton type video soon and maybe hip hop step aerobics. Also the app on the amazon fire stick is finicky.
