I have been using this to work out at home for years, and several of the programs I love. This year, not only has there been a sudden drastic increase in price, but I am continually losing trust in the brand and what they deem appropriate for wide audiences. I use this company for exercise because I have CHILDREN AT HOME. When they promise a dumbbell workout, and suddenly the coach is twerking inappropriately on his knees while I have children in the room, I seriously hesitate to allow their content to continue to enter my living room. I will look for a more wholesome, affordable workout subscription that is trustworthy for moms.

I’ve been a Beachbody member for 3+ years now, and really like the exercise programs! However, I have absolutely ZERO interest in the shakeolgy (not food), supplements (not food), food prep, and mindfulness, content. It’s not what I signed up for! So now, with a very steep price increase, I’m getting content I do not want (diet, meal prep info, mindfulness) and I am expected to pay hundreds of extra dollars per year if I want the super block exercise programs? This is way, way more expensive than other streaming services, given the super block cost. You can’t keep comparing it to the old days of sending DVDs when everything has gone virtual. No thanks, and bye!

I used to love beachbody.com a really reasonable subscription for a year, to access lots of workouts. However, I use Shaun T as my favourite and now they are not giving the option to purchase only the on demand you have to buy BODI live. Its nearly double the price *and* then you have to but super block programs like the new T25 for another 29 GBP! THAT'S extortionate. Please give us a non live option this is madness and unaffordable. Dear Beach Body. You haven't actually replied with anything except a generic rubbish response. I don't need a meal plan. Why oh why won't you listen to the thousands of reviewers on here that see the extortionate pricing you are proposing for not much added value. *brand new programs* yes indeed like the T25 super block that *even if* I upgraded today which would cost nearly £100 more, then I would still have to pay another £29 for the privilege! That's really false advertising in your response. You are charging an absolute extortion for new programmes. Its crazy. I've been with you for a few years but this is seemingly ridiculous.

The BODi schedule is terrible. No consistency. Some days the live sessions are only from 10am-2. Some of us work during the day. And the programs I want to do are never available at the time I want. If i cancel my subscription I'm left with a tablet on my bike that does nothing. Essentially an expensive brick. I've had the bike and subscription for 7 months and til the day have never been able to join a live session that I wanted. If i have to do pre-recorded workouts, what's the point in paying for an interactive subscription?

I think BOD program should be rated on two levels. Firstly online fitness program five star quality. Loads to chose from instantly. Secondly the whole shakeology crapola. In my opinion it's a scam. On signing up for a year online fitness program I bought a pack which I assumed was a one off. Did it as a nice gesture to give my coach a boost. Of course without my magnifying glass I did not see I was then signed up for a monthly supply at £120 per month!! I never asked for it, it was never discussed. Returned it once I received it. Of course they never processed my refund so I had to chase them. I still don't know how much they will now charge me for the pleasure of returning something I never ordered. Anyways, that was a very long way of saying be careful with this company and always read the small print.

It is okay. Price is fair but would like to more focus on strength programs that involve total body not just body part splits. I feel a lot of the cardio can cause injuries as well. I like the yoga and core workouts

I used beach body when I had no choice because our gyms shut down to covid. I personally wouldn’t use them again. I found the workouts very boring and the instructors talk way way to much. I never felt challenged and many times I couldn’t wait for the workouts to be over.

The workouts are great, but the website is not user friendly. If you were to return anything, they deduct shipping and handling even if you try to cancel the order right away (as soon as you order). It’s difficult to find info on how to cancel subscription. In addition, when you contact customer service phone line, there’s a big wait. If you contact them through chat then you can not browse something else while you are waiting for the rep to respond or find a solution to your query. Even this survey is not clearly categorized by different topics or questions! Never experienced such a poor customer service or poor website.
