They have and awesome team. There on board team help you every step of the way. Making it easy to set up the account and summit invoices. Note, they have customer rep. in English and Spanish. For me that's a BIG plus.

5 STAR: Customer Service, if I could rate in higher I would!!!! Bobtail is an awesome Factoring company... The people that work there are so kind hearted. I'm very particular about who I deal with. I MUST say that I love them. I prayed for God to send good people to help & guide us with our Business. My Heavenly Father did just that!!! I have (not) came across a bad apple. I won't add the yet word, because I don't believe they have any bad apples... Please do yourself a favor & work with Bobtail. They do have other useful programs other then factoring.
