The reps consistently check in, follow up on loads, and make sure everything is running smoothly from start to finish. Big shoutout to Sammy — always checking in, keeping me updated, and making sure everything is handled right. That level of communication makes a huge difference. What I appreciate most is how proactive they are — you’re never left wondering what’s going on. They actually care about keeping you informed and supported. Overall, great company to work with.
