Amazing company, very serious and reactive, Biboi Salar does a great job!

I was being helped by Salman Hassan he is always so helpful and acknowledged. He have great customer service skill.

The experience working with Kamila is great. She always looks for get us a solution with brokers no matter what she always did.

Bobtail has provided nothing but superior customer service since my company chose them for factoring. Everyone that is part of their support team is very knowledgeable of the trucking industry to include staying up to date on current trends. Camilla in particular is by far the greatest. She works with the “Red Team” which helps resolve invoice issues. She has been so patient with my company in dealing with any issue or question that we may have and need answers to. She goes over and beyond the call of duty and everyone at our company can’t thank her enough!!! Thank you Camilla for all that you do! Oh and I forgot to mention how quick the payout is once all BOL’s have been verified.

Marge and Ali very helpful both of them thanks
