Bob’s (and Max specifically) is the Best
Having now worked with Bob’s on two separate deals, I have nothing but acclaim and respect for the company. I purchased a 16013 datejust around 2020 and ultimately sold the same datejust back to Bob’s in 2023 at a profit (this coming after Crown & Caliber failed to accept the watch for trade-in). It was at this same time in which I worked with Max to trade-in said datejust for a 114060 submariner. Max is a spectacular employee who was highly communicative and involved throughout the process. Bob’s received my trade-in on a Monday and was able to send out my new submariner the same day, working to get the watch to me on my birthday. They succeeded and made my 26th birthday one of, if not the most memorable I have ever had. This most recent experience sealed it for me. If I’m looking for a pre-owned watch, specifically Rolex, Bob’s is the place to go. Thanks again to Max for such a pleasant, speedy and quality transaction. 5 stars!!

Rusty, dirty, poor description.
Bought a date just 1601. Watch looked good in the pictures, description stated normal wear. After a closer inspection when it arrived I noticed a lot of rust on the dial, the fluorescent on the hands was cracked and mostly missing. Very dirty inside. I also had to pay $106 return shipping even though the description did not at all communicate the poor condition of the watch, something that would have prevented me from ordering it in the first place.

Fantastic Rolex buying experience - Highly Recommend

The perfect Daytona
Great watch. I bought a Daytona stainless steel/gold. Beautiful, arrived quickly. Customer services was excellent. They sent me more information and pictures as requested promptly. Will definitely be buying my gold watch from them next. Thank you Bob’s watchs

Another seamless purchase from Bob's
I recently purchased my third Rolex from Wes at Bob's. As always, Wes was great to work with. The transaction was easy and seamless. Most importantly, my watch which was listed as "Light sings of wear on bracelet" looks brand new to me. I really could not see any signs of wear. I am thrilled with my new (2013) GMT Master. I can't imagine buying a used Rolex ( you can't buy a new one if you are an average guy) from anyone else but Bob's. I highly recommend them and Wes.

First purchase of a Rolex
First purchase of a Rolex, & an expensive watch. Did research & found Bob's Watches to be a reputable online option. Reps were helpful answering questions & providing assistance. I was having technical problems with online order & rep assisted over the phone. Required add'l prodding on my part to get order uploaded to my online acct, but it worked out. Watch band was supposed to be sized before shipment, that did not happen, but I was able to remove links, so it ended up also working out. Watch was in better condition than described, thrilled over the moon with purchase.
