dropshipping?
ordering experience was normal, but shoes have an entirely different logo on and in them. i found they actually come from Amy and Michael on aliexpress this store claims they make in-house original designs and do not dropship (even claiming this on other reviews here). however, when emailed about this, no reply was given, so i have nothing to disprove that they're just dropshippers with a fake backstory. if you like the design, avoid the middleman and just get them from aliexpress directly. it's cheaper and shipping is likely the same anyway

Hi there! I'm sorry your email went unanswered. I've since found it: it had been closed in our helpdesk without a reply, which shouldn’t have happened, and I’ve now written back to you directly. I sincerely apologize for the delay! To your question: we develop our own designs and produce them in small batches with our partner manufacturer. Like most shoe factories, they make shoes for several brands as well as their own. As a small brand, we can't yet afford to buy out the whole factory or make branded parts on every style, so some pairs still use standard parts. Our newer designs are developed specifically for Bobo’s House and aren’t sold in any other store. Our shoes are stocked in our own warehouse in the USA and with our manufacturer overseas, which lets us ship faster and cheaper to the EU, Australia, etc. If you found your pair listed somewhere else (which should NOT be happening) I'd really appreciate it if you sent me the link at [email protected].
