we bought furniture not more the three weeks it stared to brake down they came out and put fiber filling in it and again for the second time there have to come out because it was braking down the man that came to the house we were going to have to fix it when it broke down why would we have to do that when in the first place the furniture is so expense they did take the furniture back again wanting to get good quality we went back and bought more expense furniture and it is braking down and one of the pieces of the furniture the recline part is making a noise when you put it up position

Bob mills in midland tx is without a doubt one of the worst furniture places we have done business in. The furniture sales reps are nice but absolutely clueless on items they carry and delivery dates. As a furniture business it shouldn’t take 6 weeks for something to arrive or even become available. That is obviously on the manufacturer but Bob mills chooses to do business with those types of places. It’s unreasonable.

I came to get my replacements for my couch cushions and they could not find my replacements, I waited and waited. So I called the 405 # that called me earlier and she went to look to see where my replacements could be. During that time a lady gives me my license and tells me pull around back they eventually found everything. I pull around back to a alley (very unprofessional) and no one was there or would come out to my car(i cannot cross the line due to safety). I think drive back to the front of the store and ask if someone could please come to the back he said sorry they will be back there shortly. I went back there and waited longer again. To walk past the line to be told my a younger gentlemen they are unsure where it is give him five minutes and he will try and give me a answer. I left and called the 405 customer service # and expressed my concerns. Have not picked up the replacements. At that point I was done with the situation. I will be returning soon to get them. I paid $3500 for my couch it shouldn't have had issues in the first place but to have the run around like I did infuriated me. It is unnecessary.

I purchased a new table from Bob Mills. It is custom made and we were told it would be 8-12 weeks for delivery, which was perfectly acceptable. We had a wonderful experience in the store! Very happy! We also considered a bench that would also be custom made, but needed to have some questions answered before we decided. We were told they would send the request for the table immediately and the bench would be pending until we made a decision. Once we got the answers about the bench, a couple weeks later, we decided against it because they couldn't make the bench match the table. We called a few weeks later to see if we had a delivery date on the table and when they gave us the date, it was 16 weeks after the date we bought it, 4 weeks later than the latest we were told! My husband has called numerous times about the delay and constantly gotten the runaround, leaving messages, managers supposed to call back and never do. We did finally find out, they didn't order the table until we made the decision about the bench. We haven't received the table yet and still have 6 weeks until our "new" delivery date. I hope I'm happy with the table when it finally arrives.

Not happy with my overall experience. I came into the store in December bought living room furniture and a rug. The loveseat and pillows needed to be ordered. I never heard from anyone that they had come in. I called the store in Tulsa numerous times and could not get a callback with any information. I finally demanded a call back from Management, spoke with Peter. He was very non-shallant and didn't care that my overall experience was bad. I came into the store to re-order a different frame, when I came in Peter started to wait on me, his cell phone rang and I never saw him again. His call was more important than taking care of an already unhappy customer. If it wasn't for Shelby taking care of me my total purchase (which isn't a small amount by the way) would have turned into a "No Sale" for Bob Mills Furniture. I still have not gotten a response from the store in anyway on how their going to rectify this problem. They may still get the furniture back, we'll see if my couch and loveseat comes in that was ordered in a timely fashion and I hear back from someone.

Great salespeople, the company does not stand behind the warranty programs or the extended warranty they sell. Will never buy brand new products from here again

Furniture quality is awful and you get the run around when trying to get it fixed.
