It was the worst customer service, I did the bob mills sleep spa and the bed they match me and my wife with was the worse bed I ever slept on. I dont have back problems and I started having them after sleeping on the bed only after 5 nights. They changed the bed for a more expensive bed and still had back problems after even after sleeping on the bed 1 month to "let my body adjust to the bed" as the sale person advised. I called the store and they told me sorry we only do a one time exchange, so I called the main office and asked to speak to a supervisor over the store managers and they told me there was not one. I asked who was over the store managers and they told me no one, so I ask if the CEO was and they told me yes so I asked to speak with the CEO and they told me no. So now I have a 5200.00 bed in the guest bedroom because I can not sleep on the bed. I love paying for thing I can not use.

$1,200 in furniture for 5900 do you call that the deal I call it highway robbery especially when it was in-house financing

Purchased a very expensive lift chair and within five weeks it had broken. Has take almost a month for them to repair the chair and we are still waiting.

My wife and I purchased living room furniture set with a recliner, also purchase 2 sets Queen mattress sets along with some decorative items. Approximately 9 months of having the furniture the recliner broke. My wife and I are the only one who live in my house, so it’s not used often. Bob Mill had several techs come to the house to repair and their own technician stated he couldn't fix it. They request to pick up the recliner and take it to their shop for more repair possible replacement. A week later they return the chair without fixing it. When you sit back in the chair it feels like you going to fall out of it the entire chair lowers on one side. I called to request a replacement as we purchased insurance and all sorts of other stuff they sold us and was told not it was past the time for replacement. Needless to say, they refused to fix it or replace it. The chair is in my home unusable not even having it a year. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM BOB MILLS EITHER LOCATION. We purchased from the Tulsa store the manager there was not pleasant nor helpful. We have told all of our friends and family to not patronize this company.

The extremes warranty is crap Called many times to get my leg replaced and probably won’t get it replaced

Shopped bedroom sets for a month, in that time had 3 different sales reps on 3 different visits which gave us 3 different “best” prices on the same bedroom set... seemed to be them haggling for their commissions sake rather than helping the customer get the best deal. Will never shop here again!!

The couch I bought from your store was low quality and not cheap. Your sales person was nice until he made the sale and then when I called back to let him know we weren't happy with our purchase, he was extremely rude. This was after he stated he would give us a call when the furniture arrived and never did. We got our piece later than expected. Everything about the experience was unappealing.
