My 82 year old mother bought a $2000 power recliner in October and it broke 3 weeks ago! They won't replace it and she has called the salesman and he was worthless. I wouldn't buy a roll of toilet paper from Bob Mills. They suck!!

Hi Lynda, our support team manages any repair needs after the sale, not the sales hosts. Can you reach service and support line at 833-820-6500 or email us at [email protected]? Please provide name of purchaser, purchase date, and order number so that we can assist further.

Never by anything especially if you have to do financing. They will screw you over. First if you have to exchange a mattress the exchange has to be as much or more on the exchange and will charge you a 10% restocking fee and even trying to get them to do that is like pulling teeth the store manager here in wichita needs to be fired because in sales or retail the main goal is to make the customer happy he only wants to make his pockets and his bosses happy and their mattresses are pieces of junk never buy from them I know I never will again and when the delivery guys delivered our bed when had some medication that came up missing after they left

I would stay clear of Bob Mills Furniture because they do not stand behind their products or their warranty. I purchased a living room set including a rocker. The rocker has been defective from the first day I brought it home. And the squeak is unbearable and I can’t even rock my grandson. Please do your self a favor and steer clear of Bob Mills Furniture as they do not stand behind their products.

My son has had nothing but problems with Bob Mills in Tulsa. Has been lied to repeatedly by manager of the store. Told my son to never come back. All because my son complained about missing hardware. Paid for furniture to be assembled and they failed to tell my son that most of the hardware was missing.

All lies....everything is pretty planned. They day no shopper stalkers....thats a gimmick to let your guard down when you come into the door. Not only do they house our sale of we don't stalk you.....it's all a bs lie. The re approach with water.....the script we must talk about......as.sson as u walk in talking about bob mills card, introducing you to a manager for her to give u extra 20% towards new furniture......thats all pretty planned and they are full of crap.

Spent $3,000 for a sectional sofa. The frame broke after about a month. Was asked if I had children jumping on it. I don’t have children. Offered to send a repairman out to fix it and would only charge me 250. for labor. Claimed that the frame was not covered by the warranty. I will never do business with them again.
