very easy and pleasant purchase

Very helpful staff. no pressure sales,

The shopping experience was excellent in every way. There were no "Shopper Stalkers" yet, when we needed help with information on products and availability a representative was ready to help and continued with us until the sale was complete. There was no being passed from Sales to Credit to Delivery to payment, our salesperson remained with us the entire way. The prices and quality were excellent and the sales experience through delivery was first-rate! We'll go back.

Excellent service and help with picking out furniture. Will come back for our next purchase.

Great selections and no hassles from salespeople.

They had best selection of Lift Chairs-Recliners for my mother. Thank you for free delivery for Veterans.

From the showroom experience to the delivery to the follow-up call, I have been very pleased with Bob Mills Furniture. And the quality of the furniture is quite impressive.
