Went in July 11 to the San Juan, Tx location to purchase a bed frame and dresser for my granddaughter. Met at the door by Chris B. He welcomed us to the store. We told him what we were looking for. Introduced us to his mgr and asked if we would mind if a new salesperson could shadow us for learning purposes. Chris was very knowledgeable about his products. Very friendly. Then had to call him the next day because we decided we needed the mattress too. He was able to get it added in time for the designated delivery time. Both days, in and out within an hour. Very impressed with Bob Mills Furniture and their personnel.

I was having issues with another furniture store delivering to a different address than the billing address so I called Bob Mills and they stayed on the phone with me the whole time and got it delivered to my mom's nursing home
