I loved my sales person Bear at the Tulsa store.. although I bought the protection on all my furniture and needed 1 thing fixed and so I turned it in and I have been waiting 5months for them to get a dresser knob and come fix it!!!! Still not done!! Very unhappy with what we pay and dont receive!

The sales team is always difficult to work with and SLOW! After deciding what we wanted, it took almost 2 HOURS to not only get someone to help us but to put our order in because he kept sneaking off to help other people.

My sales person was great, only complaint is that I wanted to purchase living room furniture and didn’t need all the components of the set. My cost was so high I didn’t buy. Will look elsewhere.

We went through three love seats before we got one that was acceptable.

We have purchased living room furniture and three bedroom sets, and a new mattress from here. The sales experience is great. But we have been trying to resolve a warranty issue since October or November of last year. My daughter’s mattress has been on the floor this whole time. That’s too long.

I kept getting conflicting information on when my sofa and ottoman would be delivered. The ottoman was delivered much later than I was told. I was not comfortable with the sales people, as they were not familiar with the products although they pretended to be. Some of it was ridiculously wrong! When I was checking on having a recliner custom-made, they were supposed to check with a manager regarding my questions, and get back with me. I checked back twice and never got my questions answered. I doubt I will do business with Bob Mills again.

My mattress feels harder than the one I tried at the store. I'm trying to give it the 90 days but I don't know if my back can take the 90 days. I hurt every day I wake up. I even did the spa test thing that was supposed to tell me what kind of mattress to buy. It didn't pick me a very good one.
