Purchasing exp was just okay. Had to go back to the store after purchase to have Bill re-adjusted. Purchased the protection plan and have had to use three times. It's such a tedious and time consuming experience you don't even want to bother with it. Paid over 3 grand for furniture set and couch has already been repaired for sagging on one side. 6 weeks later it's doing it again. I could have it repaired again, but it took 4 weeks to go through the red tape so I'm not motivated to call again. Plus it was 3 hours to replace on site. I had Ashley furniture for 15 years and it held up way better than this. I considered the line we purchased comparable quality to Ashley. It's not even close. Ideally a full return and refund would be the best, but it's paid for so no way that's happening based on my current experience.

Received incorrect and damaged furniture. My attempts to have the store manager return my calls were ignored. I finally drove to the store to confront him in person. Problems were eventually corrected, but they won’t be getting my business again.

Advertised furniture and price where unavailable day after advertised very disappointing. The sales associate then guides us to similar furniture and long story short the “deal “ that was advertised and brought me in ended in a very disappointing Three card Monty experience for my family.

I have been waiting since November for a chair to come in. I ordered an entire living room set and I did not receive the right chair. I have attempted to call my salesman several times but he has not even responded or returned my call. It is a shame that he called me and responded during my purchase and after the purchase was paid in full I was ignored. I was going to purchase a new bedroom set from Bob Mills, but I will not. I am not happy.

I have not been very impressed with the furniture we have purchased there.

Salesman told us our new mattress would fit inside our new headboard and frame with the mobility base we purchased with it . When the delivery crew came . We found it would not . The foot board of our new bed frame broke a couple weeks after delivery. A crew came and picked it up for repair .Weeks later when they returned it . It broke again in the same places that same night . Only the repair caused it to split the wood post almost into . I called the store and was told the frame was now out of warranty and no replacement would be done.

Product received was not what was described. Tried to get salesman to correct but all they wanted to do was send me to service and say thats the way it is supposed to be.

I was very disappointed with the quality of the merchandise that I received. It had to be returned approximately 4 to 5 times because there were defects in the sofa sectional. At one point I was told by the delivery person that the supervisor knew that they were sending a damaged sofa. On the last delivery the sofa that arrived was the first sofa I actually had received !! I kept pictures of all the sofas and the defects. I was told that a manager or supervisor would contact me but no one did. This is not the service I expect when you are purchasing a sofa close to $6000. Weeks later I ended up going to the store and choosing section from 3 pieces that were made available to me. Now ask yourself ,do you think I would recommend them?
