Don’t ever shop at Bob Mills furniture their furniture is junk. The springs shoot out of the bottom of the furniture when nobody even sets on it rips the whole dust cover underneath they do nothing about it but wanna give me $52 for the broken piece. This place sucks save your money and never shop there. We must put this fraud place out of business, the warranty is no good. You buy a four year warranty and it does nothing they don’t stand behind their furniture.

Nov 24, 2024 we purchased $7,309.61 worth of furniture which included a $1,646.84 recliner. Within 12 days, the arm support on the recliner broke and will now barely hold the arm support in place. I called in to request a repair and was told it would be 3 to 4 weeks before anyone would show up. The repairman showed up Jan 21, 2025 for 15 minutes and said he couldn't repair the recliner and that he'd have to order the part. I suggested taking the part off another recliner and he said they don't do that. I've repeatedly requested a replacement and now their telling me it will be in May 2025 before they can even get the part from overseas!! it's now 4/3/25 and no part replacement.

This place is awful. Bought a very expensive bed from them and it broke down pretty quick. Tried to file a claim and that was a joke and of course denied. Now I am having sciatic pain and having to go to pain management. All other sources of where the pain came from have been ruled out. Now I’m dealing with medical bills AND have to buy a new bed because Bob Mills sold me junk!

Bob Mills Furniture has an advertisement currently being played on the Lubbock television network. He is making the claim that he is giving you a $2,000 massage chair for free, however he doesn't choose to divulge the fact that the manufacturer of that mattress which by the way retails for $21,000 is offering a 10% discount which would amount to $2,100 discount and so therefore I'm sure that Bob Mills as a large purchaser is getting a better discount than that and so therefore his chair is not actually free it is a form of deception to the public and this type of advertising should cease and desist. The American public deserves to know the truth behind advertising. Just in case people don't realize it salespeople just like police and law enforcement are allowed to lie to you with no consequences and I think this type of practice should cease and desist. So before you go buy a mattress from Bob Mills for $21,000 which in my opinion is a stupid price to pay for a mattress, just realized that you can actually go to their website at the manufacturer and see that this mattress is being offered at a 10% discount and therefore Bob Mills is getting a kickback or a reduction of $2,100 and so you're not getting a free chair just remember people there's nothing in this life that's free other than the air we breathe.

Was immediately “latched onto” upon walking in the door. We asked to just let us browse as we didn’t need anyone walking the store with us. The rep completely ignored our request and continued to stalk us and interrupt our conversation. My mother and I could not look at furniture alone at all. It was horrible. We left and bought our chair somewhere else. Their no “shopper stalkers” policy is a lie.

Buyer beware of the Smart Buy insurance. Even if you don't use it in the 4-year period for whatever you buy, the "insurance" is only refundable as a store credit. So they get to keep your money hostage for a year, then they flat out take it.

As you can see, Bob Mills decides to "NOT MAKE IT RIGHT!" Their response verifies my original complaint, basically repeating what I said, and then saying on this forum, that they are not going to address the issue that we have with the 2nd mattress from them, that is now a little over 1 month old, that has failed, and is sagging on both sides. It’s worse than the 1st mattress that failed, both within a few days. And I’m 5'-7" 165# and my wife is smaller than me; that’s the quality of the mattresses they sell! I approached them repeatedly as a very unhappy customer, and Bob Mills choose this response, rather than to MAKE IT RIGHT! I told them I would file complaints, and they didn’t care! Also, this makes their Bed Match Technology and everything they advertise about their technology a complete joke because of this quality of mattresses. Does it really matter what their technology says? They're using the excuse that because we bought it from the End Zone, they are not going to MAKE IT RIGHT and address the issue. They knew it was junk, that's why it was there. Rules made by Bob Mills can and should be altered, especially with mattresses. Good customer service should dictate how to handle this, override the as-is stipulation, and MAKE IT RIGHT. This is Bob Mills Furniture mode of operation! Now we are stuck with a one month old mattress that is in worse shape than a 20 year old Sealy that we got at a wholesale warehouse for 1/3 of the price then; we looked at the pricing last week because of their decision to NOT MAKE IT RIGHT, so we know we were ripped off and very unhappy customers. I think their method of operation is obvious, so be aware, and stay away from The End Zone! Also, by saying they replaced the damaged furniture, is admitting to the fact that they sell defective, unusable brand-new furniture; that their full-time repair tech couldn't even repair. They replaced the furniture, but to send out furniture without a Quality Check or Inspection is unbelievable to me. They unloaded this furniture, hoping we would accept it and not say anything. Again, that’s obviously the Bob Mills philosophy. We could tell immediately upon entering the store that they seemed shady, trained to deceive, we were repeatedly lied to, and when you catch them, they find another way to deceive. We wish we would have walked out when they said you get a free mattress, and lied when they said they would give us $300 credit on our sale and didn't (which was a joke and sales gimmick) . Now we know and you know! Word of mouth will hopefully play a role here because we will tell everyone we talk to and post where we can. We choose the hill country to retire, bought a used home north of Canyon Lake in 2023 and wanted a new bedroom set and a mattress that would last. Admittedly we made a huge mistake by choosing Bob Mills Furniture. It’s March 2024; we’ve been dealing with them on a simple bedroom set and these mattress issues for 6 months. Just letting you know the facts and truth of this fiasco.

I wished I had spent time researching and asking the right questions. I was in need of mattress as have been sleeping on couch due to back issues. I took a risk and bought from Bob mills (had prior good experience with couch we bought with them). I did not ask the right questions. Told had 90 days return policy but we did have to buy the $200 pillows and $200 mattress protector to go with the $4000 mattress. After spending time sleeping on it, my back hurt worse than ever. When asked about returning told we had to pay 10% restock fee and get a equal or greater value mistake, I mean mattress. 6 months later finally broke down spent couple days reading online and found Winkbed. Ended up with an amazing bed no sleep problems or back pain, all natural material at 1/3 price that included free shipping and very best part it was made in Texas by Texans. Please please please do your research and don't buy the overpriced mattresses Bob mills does not truly guarantee. Sleeping better then ever and 4k mattress regret.
