BobcaresReviews of bobcares.com

We have used Bobcares on a number of occasions, especially on Linux Servers. We have found them to be very professional, proficient and knowledgeable. I.T. as we all know is a very large field of expertise. Bobcares have managed to pool together many experts, and this shows clearly in their range of abilities and their service offerings. The last ticket we opened with them was <1 hour from start to completion. I couldnt ask for a better service, and think they are unrivalled on the web (or we certainly haven't found a company that comes close). Fantastic value for money, if only we had known about them years ago! Thanks guys!

Good support! Thanks

Fantastic value for money. The best option by far. Always good to have them there when you've really mucked something up and not too pricey.

We had trouble with a Pimcore DAM application install. Bobcares friendly technicians helped me to debug, find the problems and resolve them. By doing that they went above and beyond their role definition. Thanks you Bobcares!

I have been using BobCares for approximately 2 years. When I first started using them, I had a simple VPS and needed some help configuring it. I moved on to Dedicated Servers, and their help has been invaluable. If I submit a support ticket, they answer within 15 minutes. They are patient and explain complex issues. They provide advice, and most importantly, they are server Gods. I wouldn't know what I would do without them. I HIGHLY recommend BobCares!

Bobcares have the best turnaround time ever! We love their depth of knowledge and the courteous responses. Keep it up Bobcares.

Very professional and lots of knowledgeable people. Tickets never take long to be answered and everyone is very helpful and friendly. We had an old Moodle server that needed upgrading and it was not a simple task as it was very old. They informed me of the steps they would take and everything (and more) has been done in a timely manner. We now have a subscription with them and I feel confident our Moodle instance will be well looked after!

We have been using Bobcares for several years and securing their service is one of the best business decisions we have ever made. We have a website design business and grew tired of unreliable hosting companies. We finally decided out best option was to get our own servers at Digital Ocean. The only problem was we didn't know how to manage a server. Bobcares does all the work for us, monitoring our servers, doing upgrades, and responding in lightening speed anytime we have a question. We sleep well knowing our business and our clients' websites are in good hands.
