BobCares was very transparent throughout the process. They're proactive with scope so there are no surprises. I admired their desire to solve problems quickly. The team truly cared about our success. We did some server work ourselves and needed their help for an unexpected problem - they never hesitated to dive in.

Hello Joseph, Like you rightly mentioned about transparency, we time log every task, so that you know how we spent the hours, and what results we were able to achieve. What our talented engineers care about the most though, is getting the job done right, and on time. Thank you for your nice review. It really made our day :) Sangeetha Naik Director(Operations)

We are new to BobCares. They helped us with setting up daily cron jobs to auto-renew our server ssl certificates. We are happy with the work they performed on this job.

Bob cares was an excellent choice when our servers went down on AWS and we did not know what to do. They responded fast and fixed the issue fast. Their ticketing systems are awesome as they repeatedly update you on the situation and breakdown whatever issue or modification you would like to make. I will be utilizing the Bob Cares team for here on out.

This is the first time I have used BobCares but likely not the last. I had two WordPress Mulitsite issues that I could not resolve and I needed the site up and running pronto. The technician, while on live chat, took the time to fully understand the problems, fixed the first one quickly and then explained to me what he had done so I could avoid the issue in the future. The second issue involved installing a wild card subdomain that he also patiently walked me through. The service was quick and professional. Not cheap, by any means, but certainly worth it. Thank you BobCares.
