Working with Bobcares is a pleasure. Their responses are really swift and have good experience and knowledge in Server Administration. Bobcares saved me from a website malfunction, late at night and on short notice. They were amazing - found the glitch in my complex system and promptly took care of it. The next day, I was enjoying a productive work day, instead of dealing with irate customers on the phone all day (the usual when the site goes down and has to stay down for several days). The developers at the host I use were unable to determine or fix the issue. I am so very grateful to have this company to call on when a website problem crops up!

After reaching out to priority support from the cPanel team, they said we would need to contact a DBA to recover our MySQL. We went through several of our resources first, and none were able to recover or establish connection between the two. We thought all was lost. However, after some searching, I came across Bobcares, and right on their site it clearly said they could do a database repair, typically within 1 hour. I purchased their Emergency Support, and they contacted me within the half hour as promised, they fixed it under the 1 hour within promised. I couldn't have been more scared, and they took that fear all away within minutes. Love the service, and am so glad I know that I have them as an option. THANK YOU!
