I had a VPS down due to an Apache error that I could not resolve. I was about to spin up another VPS and backup / restore accounts to it, but then remembered hearing about BobCares. They were able to fix the issue quickly, and saved me several hours of time. The service was fast and complete, with excellent followup afterwards to make sure I was aware things were back up working.

BobCares sounds like a gimmicky name and I almost didn't give them a chance because of the name alone. I figured ok - well, their price seems very inexpensive. I made full backups of my server and decided to give 'em a go. After my first several interactions with them, I was sold. They work well with providing information and recommendations. Where they shine though is doing everything CPANEL.NET technicians "won't" do for you. It's a joke around the office that if I need something we will just ask Bob ... ya know because Bob Cares lol sorry for the pun. Seriously, I was skeptical at first and they really have put a lot of work in for me at this point. They have completed tasks such as configuring firewalls, server configs, dns management, general and advanced server management items. Honestly, there hasn't been anything that I have not been able to ask them for. I still create backups before I have anyone perform any configuration tasks, however I can say that we have never had to perform any kind of a restore. Their advice and abilities have accomplished the job every time. I'd certain recommend them. BobCares has been a tremendous asset to our company on many occasions. Setrik - Setrik.com

I had rebooted my ProxMox server and when it came back up none of the VMs would start. They were able to identify the problem and then correct it fairly quickly. thanks!

Database Recovery Bobcares did a great job to recover our database from our broken server, we couldn't even boot it up normally, they were able to restore our database files through secure mode, and boot our server normally. and migrated to a fresh server the backup instantly which helped us much to save our clients.
