The Bobcares team did a fantastic job managing our server and recovering it after a security incident. They were knowledgeable, responsive, and resolved the issues efficiently while keeping us informed throughout the process. Their expertise in server management and hack recovery gave us confidence, and we highly recommend their services.

Great team to work with they are quick
We have been working with BobCare's for about the last 3-4 years. They have been used as our backup Sys-admins and they have been great to work with. They are fairly quick to jump on any issues which is great as it allows me time to work on other tasks or take the night off as an only IT guy on the team.

Hooray for the caring Bobcares team!!
Our LMS production server was rapidly running out of storage space! If that trend had continued without immediate intervention, we would have lost access to our LMS site. So I contacted the team at Bobcares for assistance. They quickly investigated, removed unnecessary files, thus restoring our server to a healthy status. Because of their swift work, we did not experience any down time! Hooray for the caring Bobcares team!!

Hi Sergio,
Thank you for your kind words and for sharing your experience. We understand how critical it was to address the storage issue before it impacted your LMS environment.
Our team was glad to quickly identify the cause, clean up the unnecessary files, and restore the server to a healthy state without any downtime. We truly appreciate your trust in Bobcares and look forward to continuing to support your infrastructure whenever you need us.

We have worked with Bobcare across…
We have worked with Bobcare across multiple VPS servers hosting e-commerce websites, primarily Prestashop stores, and our experience has been very positive.
Over time, Bobcare has assisted us with everything from performance optimization and security hardening to troubleshooting complex server and application-level issues. What we appreciate most is their methodical approach. They do not simply apply quick fixes; they investigate, document their findings, explain the root cause, and provide long-term solutions.
A recent example was a large infrastructure project where they helped us implement server-wide protection mechanisms, including Cloudflare real IP restoration, Nginx rate limiting, connection limiting, and additional security layers across our hosting platform. The rollout was completed successfully across all applicable servers with careful validation and no downtime.
Their communication is clear, professional, and highly technical when needed, while still being easy to work with. For us, Bobcare has become a trusted partner rather than just a support provider.
Based on our experience, we would confidently recommend Bobcare to businesses looking for reliable server management, security expertise, and proactive infrastructure support.

Hi Per Ledin,
Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a detailed account of your experience with us. Projects like the Cloudflare real IP restoration, Nginx rate limiting, and connection limiting rollout are exactly where our team's expertise shows, our engineers don't just patch issues, they investigate root causes and build solutions designed to hold up long-term.
Our 24/7 support team is always available to provide the same level of support for both routine issues and complex infrastructure changes. We are glad we could help with your Prestashop servers and look forward to supporting your future growth.

Security Proactiveness
I cannot recommend Bobcares enough for their exceptional server management and security services. In today's digital landscape, server threats are moving faster than ever, but Bobcares consistently stays ahead of the curve.
A perfect example of their proactive approach happened just recently. Right after the "Fragnesia" Linux kernel vulnerability (CVE-2026-46300) came to light, they immediately reached out with clear, actionable guidance. They didn't just warn me about the exploit; they analyzed the new reality of AI-powered vulnerability discovery and provided concrete, strategic recommendations on safely balancing automatic security updates with robust backup protocols.
It is incredibly reassuring to partner with a team that doesn't just react when things break, but actively works 24/7 to secure my infrastructure before an issue ever arises. If you want true peace of mind for your server security, Bobcares is the absolute best in the business.

Been a client of Bobcares for YEARS
I have used Bobcares for many years, around 10 years if I remember correctly, and they have consistently provided reliable and professional support. Their team has helped me with server issues, troubleshooting, migrations, security concerns, and general technical support whenever needed.
What stands out most is that they have gone beyond their normal scope of support multiple times to help me resolve difficult issues. They have truly gone above and beyond, including assisting with restoring a server after the well-known MySQL issue where MySQL Community was unexpectedly changed to the Cloud Edition because the vendor placed the wrong files in the wrong repository.
Having dependable support is extremely important when managing hosting services, and Bobcares has been a trusted resource for me over the years. Their team is responsive, knowledgeable, and willing to work through problems until they are resolved.
I would highly recommend Bobcares to anyone needing experienced server management or technical support.
