THANK YOU BOBCARES!! As a small business owner with no company IT support at the end of the phone it is SO stressful when something goes wrong that you cannot find a way to fix and you do not know the tech speak to even try to communicate the issue. Then you find Bobcares who will save your day!! I paid for 'NonUrgent' support but in hindsight, even though my issue was not urgent I would have preferred to have the 'Live Chat' function to solve the problem quicker which is only available in the 'Urgent' support package. Anyways, long story short, my email issue is fixed - I am BEYOND delighted and incredibly happy that I do not need to keep calling and bouncing between two different providers who keep trying to point the finger at the other. THANK YOU BOBCARES!! I will definitely be using your services again next time I find myself in a spot with tech related issues :-)
