Great communication
Great communication, really appreciated receiving an email with the finished process of the face, and been given the opportunity to make any last minute changes if needed before completion. Mine was a gift for an 80th birthday, everyone that was at the party loves it🤩

Amazing service and product
The customer service was amazing as was the product. At each stage I was sent a photograph of the figure and asked if I wanted to change anything, I was then sent a final image on completion. The figure arrived a few days later packaged safely and in a lovely gift box. I will probably end up getting more as the quality is so good and they are such a great birthday or Christmas gift.
