This is NOT a company based out of the US! They claim they are out of Delaware, but when my package got stuck in customs leaving China, they had to disclose. Nothing against having things shipped from China, but when it’s a Christmas present, I don’t want to rely on international shipping. They sent me a screen shot of the international shipping label to show me it had finally made it to the US. I ordered Nov. 13 and still have not received it.

BGUK5641. I thought the wine stopped bobbleheads looked great - I ordered two and paid for fast shipping. I asked in the notes to be contacted regarding approval of art work - this is also stated on the website to be part of the service. Nobody has been in touch regarding the approval of any artwork for my order. I received an emails saying it was ready to ship. I have sent two further emails asking to be contacted. As yet no reply. I will update my review dependent on the final outcome.

It was very easy to keep an open line of communication with this company. I wish that I had asked for a bigger photo when the face was done as the hair turned out to be darker than I expected. Otherwise there is another happy bobble head owner here and likely a few more new customers as well 😊

I ordered weeks ago, was told on 9 December that it was completed but when I search the order number it still states that it hasn't been dispatched - 6 days out from Christmas!!! I wouldn't have bothered ordering if I knew it would take such a ridiculous amount of time with no communication. UPDATE: I didn't receive the gift until after Christmas. Complete waste of money. DO NOT BUY.

If I could rate this experience negative I would. After just reading some of the reviews I wish I never ordered from this company. I purchased my item the 1st of December, payed for express sculpting and received two photos of confirmation of my order with no changes added because I was happy with the sculpting , and as it’s a Christmas gift it has been radio silence for weeks. I have sent three emails asking for an update over the last 3 days and absolutely nothing. Beyond disgusted with the customer service and the product isn’t cheap when you add fast sculpting and shipment when you want your item before Christmas. Every contact point leads to the same email address that they don’t respond to?! Give me an update on my order BGAU5771

The quality construction and design of the item are excellent. Also the dedication of the company outreach.. (Mine was Jennifer).that checks with the purchaser on how they like the progress and accuracy of the product. Both are very well thought out concepts. I intend to recommend this product to anyone who is interested..Thanks so much👍🏻

1st of all let me just say that even though Jessica used a translator app to communicate with me about my order, she had SUPERB communication with me better than even some who speak English. She was patient with all of my changes and requests (which were a lot!) and I was being picky. She used WhatsApp and stayed on with me 1 evening for over an hour. I had 3 Bobbleheads & 1 wine stopper so there were many details to discuss. She was great! The artist was very talented and accommodated my tweaking 3 to 4x over because I saw things that I didn’t like and they changed it until I was 100% happy & satisfied without making me feel uncomfortable. When all 4 were done they were promptly shipped & again they followed up to make sure I got them & they were what I had hoped for (and they were.) I think these office gifts are sure to make others laugh, smile and will be a conversation piece for sure. They did really good and I had 1 custom order that was difficult and they nailed it. I do recommend Bobblegifts and I wish I got such personal support from all businesses. They were a complete pleasure to work with and deliver a quality product. 5 easy stars. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 Great job!
