DO NOT ORDER Jessica is a horrible communicator and does not relay truthfully. Had to make many major suggestions and lead Jessica and the artist to the right colours. I was making a bobble head for my partner with his car and after many attempts to closer match the car colour I was told I can’t expect the exact colour, totally fair but the colour was completely different and atleast 5 shades too light so for a car guy that would have been horrible. I searched their site and found the right colour and had to forcefully request this change. Tried to ghost me when I requested refund and only when I re messaged about their website terms of paying the 40% restocking fee did I get a reply. PS not an Aussie website that ships inside Australia, shipped and created in China. DO NOT PURCHASE

Cherished gifts already!
These are going to be cherished gifts for years to come! I ordered both a bottle opener with my Boss's head on it and a bobblehead of my sister and BOTH items turned out AMAZING. There was great communication throughout the process and the likeness's were really impressive. I would highly recommend this company because the tracking / customs experience was excellent as well. Really top notch communication and craftsmanship. Thank you for making Xmas memorable this year!!

Good Experience with Bobblegifts
Jessica was communicating well via email with multiple rounds of proof reading and was flexible with the changes we wanted. The features of the statuette was quite close to the picture we shared. overall it was a good experience with Bobblegifts.

A Fabulous Mini Clone of my Son
I ordered a custom bobblehead for my son which arrived yesterday. We were so delighted as it really does look like a mini Ryan, complete with expression, messy hair and untidy clothes. Jess sent us progress photos at each stage and responded to any queries very quickly. Shipping was very quick too. The best company we've ever used for the PERFECT gift!
What are perfect company for the perfect gift for our boss! Bobble was so very kind and patient. They send updates at each stage and ask for your feedback for any changes. They were so very kind and so professional with all of our feedback! I will use this company again. The bobble we ordered was a replica of our boss and he was so thrilled! I'd say they, by far, they are the best company I've ever encountered! Trust us, you need to use them for the most unique gift ever!

Can't do African American skin tones
My husband is black. I asked more than once for the skin tone to be darker. Was told they would. Never sent a final picture. When my husband opened his gift, the first thing he said is "why am I white?"

I ordered two Bobble Heads for gifts…
I ordered two Bobble Heads for gifts and after they received the order they confirmed they would arrive in time. They did not come in on time. Then when I received them the one is supposed to say BOSS and I’m not sure what it says. I have emailed twice for a remedy and no one will respond. Be aware before you order!
