The xl does not work. Tried new coils and still doesn't function properly.

Hello Joshua, Sorry to hear about your XL. May I ask have you tried to reset the device? To do so unscrew the coil and remove from device while charging. Please allow up to 4 hours to charge. If this does reset the pen please reach out to [email protected] and we move forward from there.
