Got one that doesn't work. When I contacted them for replacement they rook their good old time even getting back to me then asked me for my proof of purchase like 3 different times all a week apart. Sent what they needed and now still no response. Waste of time and money. Just hope you get one that works I guess

Never got my package

got an email 8 days ago that my order has been shipped and it has yet to even make its way to the post office… pretty disappointing

Hi. Today is June 17th. It has been more than 3 months since I made my order (Order #108464) and I did not receive it yet. Tracking the package, I see that it was delivered to a mailbox in Los Angeles, but it should go to Spain (Vitoria). *** I thought you were a serious company but I not getting any response from you. 🙁 Very angry regards, Raul Romo

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!! I CAN DOCUMENT EVERYTHING DESCRIBED BELOW. I bought a Boundless Terp Pen from the Boundless Web site around September 2020. On April 26, 2021 I wrote in to enquire about replacing battery, which had died. I got a answer very quickly and was asked to fill out RMA. I sent all requested info back 4/27/21. Not hearing anything back from Boundless on 5/5/21 I inputted my RMA etc directly into Boundless web site for my case file: 28832. I still did not hear anything. On 5/10/21 I wrote in to say I hadn’t heard anything in 14 days..I got two responses, one from generic support email address and another from the individual rep who first communicated with me on 4/26/21. BOTH EMAILS INFORMED ME THAT MY CASE WAS NOW CLOSED BECAUSE THEY HAD NOT HEARD FROM ME IN 14 DAYS!! I immediately responded to both emails disputing the closure of the case supported by various emails. THEY HAVE SIMPLY IGNORED MY EMAILS AND HAVE NOT GIVEN ME THE COURTESY OF A RESPONSE. AND I STILL NEED THE BATTERY. P.S. The company call-in number that I used did not allow you to speak to a live person, claiming COVID concerns. It insisted that all communications be in writing. I followed Boundless’ instructions was rewarded for my efforts by being ignored by the company.

I really love Boundless Products but my last purchase has been extremely disappointing. I ordered a XL on May 4th as a gift and I still have not received anything 16 days later. The tracking number provided shows that it hasn't moved in 14 days yet I cannot get anyone to help resolve the issue. When you order there is a fee for "Route Shipping Protection $0.98" that does absolutely nothing. I filed a missing claim that was approved for a re-ship/refund and yesterday I get a message that it is being denied. If you call for support you get a message to email. If you email you do not get a response. I really, really want to love Boundless as I do enjoy their products but it's difficult to recommend them now that I'm going to have to someone a different device when all they really wanted was a Terp Pen XL. As far as my order that nobody will tell me where it is, I guess I will have to request a refund through my card company. This whole process as been extremely frustrating. Please do better, you have great products.

I live in the UK and purchased a CFV and a CFX, of which I have been very impressed with for vaping....the problem I have is that I have now had under warranty 2 lots of new devices which have both proved to be defective, with plastics breaking away on my CFX and error messages NO NTC and failing to fully heat up on my CFV. I have since contacted Boundless numerous times, including emailing Isaiah Campbell, about the issues and I asked for a full refund for both products, only to be told that a refund wasn’t possible but I could have replacements.....AGAIN! What for the same thing to happen again in 3 or 4 months time?? The products seem cheaply made for the same issues to happen, I have read through a lot of reviews and it seems I’m not the only one it’s happened to. Now when I try to contact Boundless, it appears to me that I have been blocked from contacting them anymore. There is now an error message saying that there is a software issue 🤔 I can now honestly see why people will pay the bit extra for the Crafty & Mighty, I bet the customer service is a lot better too!! I am going to progress my complaint further, I paid a lot of money for both of these vaporisers and don’t appreciate feeling that I’ve just been ‘dumped off’ by Boundless Technology. It’s a shame I had to give one star as I really wouldn’t give anything if I could 🤬 AVOID at all costs, unless you want to keep contacting about defective goods!

My terp pen does not work. I charged it out of the packaging with the cord provided. I took it off of the charger and sucked it in front of my mirror to see if I could see the coil light up. Plus I heard you should warm it up a tid bit before your first hit. The light does not stay on as I hit. It blinks red and whatever color setting it’s on. I saw the instruction manual said to make sure the coil is screwed in. I unscrewed it and screwed it back in. I noticed a piece of rubber came out and it looks like the atomizer isn’t in the unit properly. It is tilted to the side and looks like it’s not making connection. Sucks I haven’t even gotten to try it and I was so excited for this product.
