I hate it! I want my money back

Thought I'd be able to actually get a good pull off of the cfc lite. Charged as soon as I got it to the max. Tried it, barley hits. Get tiny puffs even off the highest temp setting. Very very disappointed.

Here is my experience. The XL is a bad product. I however, enjoy the original terp pen so I ordered replacement coils. I got a shipment notification on 9/26. As of October 4th, I hadn't received my shipment. I emailed per their instruction and as of October 11th, no response and no product. Called their number which is worthless, it is a voice message telling you to email them, which results in no response. As such, I will not purchase another product from Boundless, but will invest my money in other, more highly rated products which may care for their customers more than Boundless appears to.

Paid for items and never received them.... beware SCAM !!!!!!!

I bought this device from a local dispensary in Tampa, Florida. Within less than a few uses, the device clogged to the degree that it was inoperable. I contacted customer service and was told that the device could be cleaned - it could not. I suffered the expense of purchasing two new coils. Unfortunately, both coils have clogged to the degree of being inoperable within less than a few uses. I do not recommend this product to anyone - spend the extra money for a Puffco.

My vape stopped during warranty, Im trying to get help for 4 months, and they just say wiil be replaced, e than dont answer anymore. Terrible customer care.

Get your products in the store. Waiting a week for a coil, or waiting 3 days from the time you print the shipping label, to the time you actually get it to the post office is ridiculous.

My order is still not here amd i cant track it!!!
