Boundless TechnologyReviews of bndlstech.com

Customer service was ultimately excellent and Boundless really stands behind their products. I will continue to shop with BT and would recommend their products to anyone.

what I ordered got here quickly.

Excellent customer service! Love the terp pen !

awesome customer service! really helped out my awkward situation as a customer without making me feel like i’m being unreasonable

Carolina Rodriguez handled my ticket and I mistakenly emailed back in the wrong section and didn't get a response. My ticket was closed due to not responding in time. I sent another email separate from the previous one and thread, explaining what happened. She responded within an hour apologizing to me for the mistake that I myself had made. She went over my information and reviewed the data I had provided her. she was quick and efficient and had a replacement for me in the mail within a couple of days (2). It even arrived early, pre charged, and ready to use. So a really big shout out to Carolina and Boundless for a prompt response and beyond excellent service especially when I had made a mistake messaging originally and the ticket had been closed. So thanks guys! I am loving all of my terp pens. It's an excellent product and model and I'd recommend them to any/every one who needs/uses concentrates.

Received product from warranty after sending request due to defective device.

Simple, easy, quick delivery.

I love your product, and I love your service. Not just dealing with humans instead of robots, but exceptionally nice people.
