I originally received a bad unit, it would not charge. The customer service was prompt and courteous. There was a slight delay in getting a replacement due to the shipping carrier, I think. Once I did get a working unit, I was well pleased. The unit works great. It seems to even make product go farther than a traditional heat-based straw. I would recommend this unit and will purchase again from Boundless as the tech is modern and innovative, but the customer service and follow-through are on point. Five Stars.
