I am so glad I just got the replacement pen and am really happy with it. I think the problem with the last one was I cleaned the mouth piece area and it caused a glitch or something. Thank you very much, I always tell everyone they need the boundless terp-pen. I am not gonna use pipe cleaner sticks or liquid anymore, and just stick with isopropyl alcohol and a lint-free rag, preferably. I hope that I can help others not make the same mistake and just allow the alcohol to do the work and not like rub too hard , possibly user error. I will buy a second because I love the Terp-pen so much, I can literally use it anywhere. Thanks again, Stephen Baker

when searching for Affordable, Reliable, Quality devices, there are many factors to take into account. when properly performed, I compared boundless tech to all the top brands, compared pros and cons to attributes and accessories, to functionality, to what the device and what the team behind said device have to offer separate from the others. I came to the conclusion that boundless tech has the absolute best customer service, the most reliability, the most care when constructing a device and finding voids to fill, to having the best functionality by far. Each device they have to offer suits any type of customer that is in the market for an herbal vaporizer. very few devices carry the whole package when it comes to a quality dry herbal vaporizer and some don't provide a full experience so some customers don't truly know what's possible until they are met with a device from boundless tech. sincerely a big fan - Conscious Terpene Terp Bean.

I've been a Boundless customer since 2016 and have always had positive experiences with them. They're interactive with the community to stay on top of what the people want and have great customer service. I've had to RMA a device before and the process was easy and punctual. The CFX (especially with WPA) completely replaced The Mighty. I have vapes from multiple companies and always go back to Boundless so I don't waste my money. If you have never used a WPA to vape with glass, it's like riding in a car for the first time then being asked if you'd like to go back to riding horses. I've gotten plenty of friends to use their products after trying mine, I just really love them. Road trip or house party, there's a vape for that! :P

I have been using a boundless cfv for about 3 years now and it's a very good device, one among many others that are affordable and effective by boundless. But what was most impressive to me as a customer was the honesty with which they dealt with me. My warranty was covered immediately and they were very very helpful in ensuring I received my replacement ( shout out to Eric here). They are responsive to your concerns and this is absolutely the reason why I will stick with them in the future.
