After about two years my CFX battery died and it would not charge. I emailed Boundless and they replaced it under the warranty. It took a few weeks but it arrived yesterday. Now that is GREAT CUSTOMER service!!!

I've really enjoyed using the Boundless Terp Pens for concentrates. It's great for on the go or at home with a water piece as a dab-rig alternative. My friends have enjoyed using mine while out, so I decided to grab a few extra as gifts. Quick delivery and well packaged. Came as expected and will add a few more users to the Terp Pen cloud!

So convenient and easy to use. Told all my friends about it and they’re buying it already too. 10/10 would buy again.
