Amazing help. Love this company.

Tera is one of the best vapes available but not very durable, only the support has kept me satisfied

Although I enjoy their products, the quality control on the Tera has been terrible. I've had 5 Tera's fail. One lasted 6 months, all the others failed in 1 to 12 weeks of receiving them. I finally asked for a CFX+ as a replacement. Support has been excellent. I've had very little difficulty in getting warranty replacments. The sent most of them out quickly.

Shipping was kind of slow. But other wise it was good.

When buying the vaporizer i added to the cart a promo vape+adapter, an hour later when i confirm the cart the adapter was not included. I did a complaint and they explain me that the promo was already finished. Nevertheless, the service and attention was great and fast. They gave me the option to buy the adapter and refunded the shipping. Not the best but was a good setvice for me.

Took a while to process my order but when I emailed them they were very helpful and had a great explanation and promptly processed and expedited my order. I love the product

Delivery was very fast but unfortunately the pen doesn't seem to work very well. It just barely starts to grab up the concentrate before it shuts off. I maybe need to practice? I had a friend get one and hers worked great. Mine isn't even close.
