Lost part/first day
I lost my cooling spiral on the first day. Upon me asking to purchase one, I was asked to prove when I bought it and they replaced the part for free. Within days of emailing my complaint, I received the product. Thanks

Got this vaporizer just in time to…
Got this vaporizer just in time to catch it on sale. It's my first one and I love it! Holds a nice long charge, easy to read display, the glass mouth piece adds a ton of flavor to your herb, it's bulkier and heavier than you'd think but still portable and it feels like I could hammer nails with it and it'd still work perfectly. Very happy so far!
