I’ve only had a few things shipped so far but I’ve had zero issues. Shipping’s always been super-prompt, hassle-free, and the products have been great quality. I will say, the first Terp Pen XL I ordered was a wee bit finicky from the start, but I assumed it just needed more time to warm up. Bought a second recently and I’ve not had that issue. I use both fairly regularly.

I bought my first terp pen in December. I ordered a replacement pack of coils and it wasn’t in the package when it arrived. I contacted customer service and they got back to me less than 24 hours later and sent a replacement immediately. I recently ordered some more replacement coils to have on hand and the package was showing delivered but I had not received it. I reached out to customer service and again I was contacted within 24 hours. The customer service I have received when dealing with BT has been amazing!!! Thank you all!!!
