Joining the BNB Investor Academy has been nothing short of amazing. Before joining, my fear of taking that leap into Short Term Rentals was overcoming my desire to have that work/life balance that everyone strives for. Michael and his team helped ease my mind and assure me that the "Why Not Me" saying could also apply to me. Ever since, we have not looked back. We are 3 STR's in (obtained within the first year) and no plans of stopping. Through the tools and knowledge provided by the academy, we have accomplished this all while still holding full time jobs. Everything you need to get started, from start to finish, is there for you at your fingertips. From picking the right property, to tax/accounting advice, legal advice, partnerships, design tips, management software and tools, lending advice, and any other how-to you could possibly need throughout the process, is available to you. The group is motivating, encouraging, and a new investor's ideal team to accomplishing their dreams. I truly feel that joining the BNB Investor Academy has been life changing and would encourage anyone who is on the fence, to join. You won't regret it!

The amount of material that’s available through this course is well worth it. From one on one coaching (Fernanda was my coach and she was awesome), to algorithmic cost analysis, it’s as good as it gets. As if the course isn’t enough, the resources and networking within the community is priceless. I have never regretted investing in my education, and this is just another example of that. Let’s get this straight, this course not a magic genie in a bottle. You have to put in the dedication and work to see results, but this course lays out a step by step guide on how to generate wealth from short term rentals, AND THEN backs it up with a support system to help you achieve it! My only regret was not getting started sooner.

We must admit the challenge of setting up our 1st Bnb was at times overwhelming however with the ability to stay grounded in the community and receive expert advice made it very smooth. Our coach Fern ready to help with every call, text and issue and amazing leadership and knowledge from the team. We are learning more daily and are excited for the journey ahead.

This course has been nothing short of amazing. The entire course is there to set you up for success at every step of each process. You are given all the tools to succeed and be successful in the STR business. Not only is the course amazing but you are also given a CSM which is basically a mentor who is able to guide you through every process and ensure that you are doing everything correctly (as they have gone through the process already). The course doesn’t miss any topics and is very thorough regarding short term rental properties. The course also provides so many resources such as design, lenders, & a Facebook group. Overall could not have asked for a better program, and the people who began the program actually want to see you succeed! They care and are willing to help in anyway they can!
