BNB Investor AcademyReviews of bnbinvestoracademy.com

Joining this academy has been one of the best decisions we have ever made. We joined this course having 1 short term rental already but wanted to learn the ropes of doing this strategically so we could scale fast. We were not only able to learn the ropes of setting up a successful Airbnb business but also learned most important lessons of making it highly profitable. We not only landed our second property within a couple months, we were also able to apply our learnings to our previous property and saw significant growth in revenue. This would not have happened without the guidance and support from Michael, Logan, and Grant. This course is truly a game changer and above all the people are the absolute best. Truly most humble and supportive people who are willing to share their success stories and insights to help you grow.

We love BNB Investor Academy! Everyone genuinely cares about helping all the students be as successful as possible. The expertise of the leaders is off the charts and they are more than willing to share their knowledge and help connect us with all the resources we need to get started and run a successful STR business. They are available, honest, supportive and encouraging. We highly recommend BNB Investor Academy to anyone interested in the short term rental business.

My wife and I knew we wanted to get into the short term rental industry but we weren't sure how to start and were clueless on the small details. I initially reached out to Michael on Instagram after seeing numerous compelling posts. We went through the initial sales pitch and listened to everything they had to say. They do try to get you to sign up right then and there which is a typical sales tactic but we were adamant about not giving them an answer until the following day. We did our research and spoke with friends/family for advise. We read online that though the program is legitimate, all the info they give you can be found online for free. A personal mentor of ours urged us to consider the program as one-on-one coaching is usually always worth the money...and so we did. After now completing the program, I can say it was money well spent. Yes, the info is out there for free but this program spoon feeds you everything you need to know in a very logical, progressive manner. You get a coach who is paid to help you and answer all your questions whenever you need. You get access to a community of like-minded investors and professionals in design, law, real estate, finance, etc again, all there to help answer any questions you have. They provide spreadsheets and other tools to track everything from furniture, market data, renovation costs, bookings, tax forms, etc that you can keep and use for years to come.

BNB Academy has been a great investment for me, the knowledge the guidance and the help you get is worth every penny you invest in this Academy. The people that run this program go above and beyond to help you in every step of the way, they’re always accessible. You always get your questions answered, and you get the best advice whenever it’s needed, the connection, the network and every little aspect for the success of your journey when it comes to AirBnb. I only wish I have joined sooner.

I have really loved learning from all the training in BNB Investor Academy. The training is thorough and you can go back and re-watch the videos as needed. The best part of the academy is the community and the support from the leadership. We have been super impressed with the support and help Fern and Logan have given us. They have helped set the path to success. Highly recommend this course for the content and the great people!

The BNB Investor Academy is amazing! We could not have gotten to where we are today without them! You have access to everything you need to be successful, from one on one coaching, the classroom modules, guest speakers and a like minded community to network with! This all started out as a someday dream and were able to utilized their blueprint and follow their steps to now having our first cash flowing STR! It has been a great experience and we now have the knowledge keep building on this journey!

Extremely helpful academy to learn and understand the STR world. This gives you the playbook so you don’t have to do hours of searching on each topic to get yourself confident to start.

Before signing up, I was shocked at the price for the course. But I was amazed at how thorough the course was and how much support I received from my coach Grant. He helped bring everything to fruition and navigate the entire process. Without this course I don't think I would have been disciplined to make the moves to buy an investment property and be able to list it as an AirBnb. I wish I had taken the course sooner!
