BNB Investor Academy is a must if you’d like to excel in the STR space. Without the proper training, it can be very difficult to compete however this group will ensure your property is in the top 1%. STR investing looks much different in 2024 than it did in 2020, 2021 and even last year. Don’t cut corners on training. My wife and I considered ourselves “seasoned” in the Real Estate space (both licensed realtors, long term rental owners and habitual primarily home buyers) however, we were blown away at the training curve specific to STR’s. Without this academy, we would have fallen right on our face and lost serious capital. BNB academy will provide you with the tools to ensure you’re making a solid investment decision and will surround you with like minded, motivated investors. Our daughter actually introduced me to Michael Elefante's social media feeds well over a year ago, and at first I dismissed it as a get-rich-quick scheme.
