Though an accessory was advertised on line - and after I contacted the parts department to verify it was available, which I was told it was - after I had placed the order and made payment I was notified that the accessory was actually not available. Though my money was refunded relatively quickly, it shows a lack of control of what is advertised and what is actually available. Disappointing.

Listed parts in stock ordered them a couple of days later said they don’t have them and refunded me the money. The issue was it being a waste of time not able to use wave runner.

Many days. Still hasn’t shipped.

I never received notification email when my order was shipped. I finally got the tracking number today. Package was delivered 3 days ago. I was not able to alert the receiver to not open the package which was their Christmas gift.

Made an order for a jp racing catch can and got no information on if item was shipped out nor a shipping label so I could track it, almost about a month later I finally emailed someone named Christian and asked about any information on my order and he said he would look into it, a week later I still haven't heard anything so decided to ask again and same thing...a little after I finally got confirmation from shop saying my package is shipped, all in all the product is good because it's from jp racing but to order from this company was not a good experience. Just glad I used PayPal so if I got stood up I would have made a claim and got my money refunded regardless, oh and the website sucks, I got a discount code from them and it didn't even work, thats why I decided to go with them in the first place but it was still a little cheaper then other sights so decided to order anyway

Place order, no updates on shipping. Staus 'Unfulfilled'. The email sent to info at bms-racing.com has not been answered. I haven't tried the 1-800 number yet. Not sure if I should try and cancel or not. Getting a request for a review before the order has shipped is weird. I'm guessing they don't have everything listed on the website in stock and are dropshipping items in bulk. Maybe call before ordering? Not a great experience so far.

Inaccurate items and poor communication

I am sure the parts I ordered will be fine. The low rating is due to the delay with shipping the items. Eight days as of this rating and it hasn't shipped.
