Great experience smooth transaction

My son wanted a very specific helmet and I saw that BMS had one left online. We are in Georgia and were hesitant to order from a store we are not familiar with in another state without trying on the helmet. The transaction went smoothly, the packaging was excellent and his helmet arrived quickly. I give them five stars.

My husband is a huge motocross fan and a former rider so any deals I can find for him to support his riders the better.

I found some great deals on parts and I was very happy with my experience dealing with them !

I first reached out to confirm a can am windshield was in stock. A Tristan responded yes by email. I then asked about shipping and he said it would be calculated at checkout so he told me to go through the process on the website. So I did. Placed the order on their website. Didn’t get any correspondence for almost a week, then I got an email telling me that I needed to pay more for shipping. Even though I confirmed with Tristan before ordering. So I paid $150 extra to ship. The part didn’t ship for almost 2 weeks. When I received the shipment opened it up to install it and the windshield was cracked. I contacted them right away. They responded the next day acknowledging that they received the information about the broken windshield and they would be in touch with next steps. Still haven’t heard back on what to do next. So as of now this whole process has taken a month so far. I paid $1050 for a broken windshield and no one is answering my emails or taking the initiative to get this handled. Very frustrating experience.

Would not allow me to return an item, even though unused, unopened and within return timeline. Will never order here again. Lots of other places to get these products that actually accept returns if needed.
