The item I ordered was indicated to be in stock. Days later I received an email saying it was not in stock, my order was cancelled, but I was not issued a refund yet. No indication was given when my refund would be issued. A phone call to the business resulted in an answering machine. I will never do business with them again.

I ask to cancel the order because it is the wrong part before they sent it and they sent it anyway what a ass!

I purchased a fizzle intercooler your description said fizzle intercooler with blowoff valve included I get a phone call two days later saying I didn’t choose make and model and blowoff valve type so I tell him then he says he has to check if it would fit my ski then calls back and says yes it will fit then that he has to charge me for blow off valve saying it didn’t charge me extra for it I told him it said it was included he said no it’s not included it’s an extra charge for it so I canceled the order and I won’t be buying anything since false advertising saying blowoff valve was included and tell me no it’s not

Used a back door delivery service called shop that never delivered my package to my home even though the tracking said it did. Company would not refund nor replace my product. So im supposed to be out the money. Never purchase from this company again.
