They like to cause you pain!!
They like to cause you pain!! I called to let them know that I was going to be out of state to visit family. Prior to this, my account had no restrictions. The agent who answered the phone asked who they were speaking with, and nothing else for ID, not even my telephone banking password, which is what I created it for. They proceeded to tell me that they could not confirm my ID, locked me out of my account, and told me that I have to physically go into a bank. I was already traveling. I had to spend my whole vacation without access to my vacation funds because I tried calling BMO to let them know that I was traveling. This is the fourth time that I've been locked out of my account after calling about something not even related to account problems, just to ask a question or inform them about something. This will be the fourth time that I have to go into a bank and prove that I am who I say I am. This will be the last time BMO robs me of a vacation because it's easier to lock me out of my account than it is to ask me for my telephone banking password.
