Can never ever get a straight answer, it took over an hour to obtain one fax number, because the banker had to confer with administration to clarify and offer a number. Took over a month to process a check that was overnighted from state farm, said they never received it, after several attempts; we voided and reissued another then somehow the 1st one miraculously appeared and they tried to cash it. They alerted me of the voided check and processed the new overnighted several more weeks later... mind you I was trying to claim my gap on a total loss of this loan within the 90 days and they need all bank transactions including the payoff. Just now washed my hands of them and the total loss was in January, it's now the end of April. We had to drive 45 minutes one way to a 'local' branch to get any help. Super exhausting and unnecessary lengthy phone calls that always ended with rerouting to voicemail with NO call backs.

I/we have contacted BMO Harris bank multiple times only 2 people have been helpful, the same two very polite .But we a still not received the title lien release.in an Email to my wife's E-mail . This has been verified 2 times and 2 times we have been assured we would get the lien release, In the meantime this is costing 30 dollars a day for storage for the wrecked car. Unbelievable! The agent was Unable to converse in even most basic English. The agent was essentially completely incompetent. It is scary to have people who are unable to communicate deal with financial matters and deadlines. Also, try to negotiate the telephone robot choices and cues. It takes hours and cutoffs are regular. Try to change your address or update info with BMO Harris it will NOT happen.

If I could give BMO bank negative stars, that's what they would receive from me. They took my payment twice from my checking, I called my bank to reverse one, it was successful, and then BMO recharged me. There are no branches around me, so I have to notarize a document to verify that it's me, and submit via email, before they even speak to me. They continue to charge my account late fees and reversal fees. The services is beyond horrible, I didn't even receive paper statements or emailed statements, this is the worst bank and credit card I have ever owned, I may even pay it off just to be rid of them. Horrendous, do not get a BMO credit card or have any business with them ever. My review will be posted everywhere possible to let people know this, I hope they get shut down.

BMO opened an account in my name that was not authorized. I called to dispute and close this account as it was fraud. 4 days later they went to my checking account at another bank and withdrew almost $1500. Thankful my bank rejected and stopped payment and retuned money. This bank allows highway robbery. Stay away !!!

bank of the west was absorbed by them, so i’m here completely against my will and it’s been a nightmare. god forbid you even ATTEMPT to deposit a mobile check with them. after a move, we got our rent deposit back and tried to deposit it into my account. granted, my bf isn’t on my account, which is the reason it was flagged. we did everything they asked, we got it notarized, filled out an affidavit of endorsement, gave them the 24-48 business hour waiting time to investigate it. after this dance was done, they claim they need more time to investigate and positively REFUSE to give me any more estimations in time or info about my account. now my funds are completely locked up with no foreseeable resolution in sight. the representative was completely uncaring and void of compassion on the matter as well. BMO could care less if you starved and died on them. in that case, at least they’ll be able to keep your money to invest more in the fossil fuel industry.

I could not understand the representative. I could not answer the questions due to the foreign accent. I wasted 34 minutes trying to find out why they returned my payment. No answer. The person either did not listen or could not understand English.

They should really start showing negative stars. Old Bank of the West customer learning the hard way. BMO has ruined my credit I have disputed they show late fees. I'm considering just dumping the RV back on them. They have already screwed my credit. They will never recoupe the money out of it.
