I have been trying to buy a Amazon order for a mystery box and you guys keep stopping my card I have bought on this site before I might have to find bank

If I could give them zero starts I would. Banking with this bank has been the worse experience of my life. They closed my savings account without my notice or permission then when I deposited a check they told me they had to hold my funds. I have been dealing with this stupid ass bank for 3 weeks trying to get my money back and yet I’m still waiting. DO NOT BANK HERE IF YOU LOVE YOUR MONEY AND WORK HARD FOR IT.

This is the wort bank since m&i been banking here for 60 hrs every time I have to show i.d. even though I use my bmo card with my secret code went to many other branches and never has to show i.d.

Terrible bank, just close all your accounts and just walk away. This bank could care less about americans they are canadian, there employees are probably paid in peanuts and that is why they put out horrible customer service. Im removing my 250k as soon as they un freeze all my accounts over a suspecious $500 deposit, what the heck they have 250k but freeze my accounts over $500 mobile deposit, walk away, these canadians give two cents about americans. My review is Negative 5 stars.

I am so disappointed in BMO Bank. I have over a $100,000.00 loan with them. I tried to break a hundred dollar bill in Chicago and they refused me service because I don't have a checking account with them. Well, I am now looking to refinance my loan with someone else

Most likely BMO Bank is helping the US so-called department of Justice to commit crimes and fraud I file for bankruptcy and I did not have my credit card my BMO credit card as a part of this bankruptcy but most likely US department of Justice trustees office the same US department of Justice that is under investigation for fraud they put this credit card this BMO credit card even though I was paying one hundred $200 a week I was making payments I was using this credit card they pushed this credit card this BMO credit card into the bankruptcy the same way the department of Justice the so-called department of Justice that is under investigation push this house even though it had nothing to do with bankruptcy they pushed it into the bankruptcy they try to steal from me they already stolen thousands of dollars from me and this was most likely done because I was working for racist FedEx corporation 20 years ago and I was injured while working for racist FedEx corporation and instead of being sent to the doctor's office I was fired from FedEx races FedEx corporation and denied of medical attention and I false complaints now most likely department of Justice this fraud department of Justice this fifths are retaliating they already stolen thousands of dollars from me they try to steal my car that was already paid off I just owed 20-30 Grand to San tan homeowner association they added on all this fake charges phone charges Indiana I ended up paying 50 60 even maybe $70,000 more to give my house to my brother now I'm paying five of the house that I was paying $500 a month now I'm paying $1200 a month for the reason I'm saying all this the so-called department of Justice this thief's already done this now they have put this credit card this BMO credit card into the so-called bankruptcy for over a month I keep calling BMO bankruptcy department and they are not returning my calls they're not answering my questions I just want to know what happened to this credit card and last week this BMO Bank employee from Canada her name is Julie she called me from number 1-844-897-9448 extension number 5477 she left me two voicemails for a week now I've been calling her every time I get her voicemail and she's not returning any of my calls she can't even she doesn't even have a decency to say what is going on all she has to say is if she's confused she doesn't know what's going on all she has to say is anything I can help you with today I called her office someone else picked up the phone and they still transfer the cult some voicemail I just left a voicemail this is the kind of thief in charlatans this BMO Bank is and I've been with BMO Bank since 1999 for almost three decades and they don't have a decency to answer a simple question they are most likely holding on to this credit card let it gain thousands of dollars in interest and that is the US so-called department of Justice next plan semester plan to retaliate and steal from me.

I wish I had known how awful the Woodbury MN branch is before I rented a safe deposit box. They are literally stealing money from me. They just keep debiting my account when I have paid been paid up loyally for 5 years. They accuse me of things that are not true. I am really offended and there is nobody to turn to. I tried the email/chatbox/calling etc. They say I have to go to the branch! The branch is the problem and Cheryl is the problem. RIP BMO! NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Paid off my RV on December 17, 2025 it took 3 checks before they claimed they received payoff… 2026 go to sell RV & they claim we owe $200 plus in late fees… we do ACH payment & now we have to wait 7 days for clear title… they are scam artists!!
